Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

Have a look below and follow the steps to get a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags and components.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • You must cover the return shipping and I will send you my address to send it back too.

3. Processing and Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days from the date of receipt for your refund to be processed.

  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

 

4. Exceptions

  • Certain items, such as custom hand-painted boxes, custom jewellery or custom jackets, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items that are damaged or have been used will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact me immediately at theinnerwildfire@gmail.com 

  • I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
