If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags and components.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

You must cover the return shipping and I will send you my address to send it back too.

3. Processing and Refunds

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Please allow 5-10 business days from the date of receipt for your refund to be processed.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Exceptions

Certain items, such as custom hand-painted boxes, custom jewellery or custom jackets, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items that are damaged or have been used will not be accepted.
