Information about the booking process: Selection of the service

Select the product you want to book by choosing a Healing Session or a Tarot Reading from the list. Click on “Add To Basket”. Clicking on “View Basket” will take you to the final booking step. Click on “Proceed To Checkout” to complete your booking.

Now you can select your name, email address and address. If you wish, you can also enter your phone number here.

You can pay using PayPal or Credit Card.

Completing the order

By clicking on the field “Buy Now” you complete the booking. After completing the booking, you will immediately receive an order confirmation. If you want to correct input errors after completing the booking, simply send us an e-mail to theinnerwildfire@gmail.com.

Confirmation after successful booking

After the successful booking you will receive an e-mail with an overview of the booking. This e-mail contains the selected services, this consumer information and the cancellation information.

English are available as contract languages.

Information about the storage of the contract text

The contract text will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract in digital form and kept for 3 years. Invoices are stored for 10 years. The contract text in the form of the booking confirmation will also be sent to you immediately after the conclusion of the contract by e-mail, including all contract conditions. Here you can retrieve the contract text as long as you have saved this e-mail in your inbox.

Our Refund Policy

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once you have booked and paid for any online session. If you change your mind or you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment we cannot return your money. By booking any session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our refund policy.
