Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

• On Art prints and mugs I can refund any reasonable standard postal charges paid for returning products that have been found to be faulty or damaged only with proof of postage or receipt of posting. When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting. I cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit.
• For custom items or hand-painted items such as clothing, original paintings or custom clothing unfortunately but do get in touch if there is any wear/ tear or broken paint within the first 30 days and I will fix it for free.
• Digital colouring pages are sent via email so refunds are unavailable for this item. 

Delivery

I am based in Ireland, and ship all orders from within Ireland.

I ship using An Post for both Irish and International orders all over the world including the UK, US, EU and elsewhere. 

At checkout there is the option of both tracked and untracked post so you can choose whatever you desire! Shipping is free untracked and is €10 + tracked depending on your location.
