All prints and original sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case of cancelling an order, if it hasn't yet been shipped, there is a restocking fee of 2 euro per item that will be deducted from your refund.
In the case of print order arriving damaged, please document the damage and get in contact within 2 weeks of arrival. I will arrange to send you a replacement order provided that you cover the shipping and handling cost. If the print cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition that has sold out, you will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
In the case of original artwork arriving damaged, please contact me immediately so that we can recover the cost with the insurance, if available.
While this is very rare, in the case of an order never arriving, I cannot consider a shipment being lost until 12 weeks have passed the original shipment date. Once past this time, we can discuss how to replace your order.
