Time to process:
Because of its hand-painted nature this particular piece takes up to 3 weeks to create from getting the jacket from you, materials and then making the piece. A video is made of the process and is gifted to you afterwards also. If it's a gift for somebody please get in touch if you need it sooner.
Refunds:
Refunds are unavailable for this item due to its custom nature - but do get in touch if there is any wear/ tear or broken paint within the first 30 days and I will fix it for free.
